The product is shipped from our warehouses globally.

Once the purchase is complete the product will be shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours during the week. If the order is placed during the weekend, the product will be sent out on Monday.

The estimated shipping time to USA, Canada, Australia and Europe is 7-9 days with YunExpress and 6-8 days with DHL.

Once your purchase is completed and processed you will receive an email. We will also provide you with a tracking number and instructions once the product is shipped.

No, not when ordering from us! As per new VAT regulations (effective from 1.7.2021) for shipments arriving from outside EU, all packages must pay VAT charges on arrival to the country. When ordering from our website, we have taken care of this for you. This means that your shipment will get a unique code that indicates to the customs that the VAT has been paid. This means faster and more efficient shopping experience with us.

Our standard return policy is 30 days. The product must be unused and in it’s original packaging for return.

You will have to cover the cost of the refund if you change your mind. If the product reached you damaged, please get in touch with our support team.

Please allow two weeks for your refund to be processed. If you have any questions please email to our support.

If you realize that you have entered the wrong postal address, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If the product is already shipped it will be too late to change this.

The product has a one year manufacturer’s warranty.

The product is FDA approved. However, you should always consult your doctor if any doubt about the use of the massager.
